Palladian Custom Homes and Design was founded by Tom Bratcher and Frank Reynolds to design and build distinctive homes in the Nashville area. By selecting only a few projects per year, Palladian Custom Homes is able to provide customers with the highest level of service and support. Palladian Custom Homes partners with an excellent trade base to make sure that a qualified craftsman completes every detail of the home.

Tom and Frank personally oversee the on-site construction. Together they share over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Tom has a bachelor's degree from Clemson University, where he studied in the nationally ranked Construction Science Management Program. He was trained under the apprenticeship of one of South Carolina's Master Builders. Tom has worked for two semi-custom estate builders in Texas and Tennessee, respectively. Frank has extensive experience in industrial construction as well as having been a Senior Mechanical Planner. He implements a Total Quality Management philosophy into each of Palladian's custom homes.

Palladian Custom Homes begins the building process by working with each client to discover their individual desires and incorporate those ideas into a home design that is well suited for the client's homesite and lifestyle. Personal interaction allows Palladian to design and build homes that exceed customers' expectations and realize their dream home.
