Hulen Homes is a thriving family business with deep roots in the Middle Tennessee area. Steve Hulen, a longtime resident of Williamson County, is the son of a successful Nashville builder. In 1973, Steve joined his father as a partner in Hulen Construction and Development Company and for more than 30 years, he has continued to build in the Williamson County area.

Hulen Homes is proud to claim a third generation of builders represented by Steve's sons Travis and Tyler. Steve currently serves as president of Hulen Homes, while Travis oversees the custom home building process and works hand-in-hand with his father to ensure that architectural and site plans are innovative and developed to their fullest.
